Dear Friends of Caumsett, Thank you from the Caumsett Foundation for either sponsoring our 26th Annual Benefit or for purchasing tickets. All of the proceeds from this event go directly to the Park.

The Benefit Committee has been working all day setting up the tents and hoping that the rain will stop. Our adjusted plan is to have shuttles from the main parking lot to the polo field because the ground is very saturated and we don’t want cars to get stuck.

Unfortunately, there won’t be a full match this year but we plan to have a polo exhibition teaching everyone about the game and maybe a photo opportunity for you and your guests.

Please be prepared for muddy conditions, wear appropriate footwear and dress in layers to stay warm. It will be a bit of walk to the tent, but if needed we will have golf carts ready to pick you up to take you to the registration tent.

Our wonderful caterer is ready to feed us and we have two bands ready to entertain us. Although the weather will be a factor, as always we will have a great day!
